Life got busy.
Most days are spent behind a screen. Somewhere along the way, we realized we were missing the simple things — slowing down, sharing a conversation, and spending time with the people around us.
Growing up, Vietnamese coffee was always more than coffee. It was a reason to gather. A phin takes its time, and that's the beauty of it. The slow drip reminds us to pause, be present, and enjoy the moment together.
That's why we started Cội — a small Vietnamese coffee pop-up in San Antonio, inspired by our roots and built around one simple idea: good coffee brings people together.
